Our helping hands can do wonderful things like cleaning up, assisting others, and creating beautiful gifts, while reflection helps us think quietly about our day to learn from our experiences and grow wiser. A positive attitude means looking at the bright side and believing good things can happen even when things are difficult, and generosity teaches us to share what we have—our time, toys, and smiles—without expecting anything back. Self-love reminds us to treat ourselves with kindness and know we are valuable and important, while mindfulness helps us pay attention to the present moment, stay calm, and focus on what we're experiencing right now. Movement activities like running, jumping, and dancing keep our bodies strong, healthy, and full of energy, and yoga—a special practice from India—combines gentle stretching and breathing to make our bodies flexible and our minds peaceful and balanced!
